SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to Covid-19 there will be absolutely no returns.

Returns on eligible items are accepted within 7 days of order date. Items must be returned in their original packaging. To return items, please contact: info.bahiyyah@gmail.com

Any items returned after 10 days from order day is not eligible for refund.

A refund will be issued once we have received photos of the damaged item. Any items that are used when we receive the photo are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include shipping or handling charges. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
In the case that the item or packaging is damaged or faulty, a picture is required when placing the claim.
